Digital Downloads:

Golden Frog Stitches do not do refunds, returns or exchanges of downloadable PDF patterns. Please review your shopping basket carefully before making your purchase.

Please contact us if you are not happy with your purchase and we will be happy to find an equitable solution

Physical items:

No returns or refunds will be accepted on any physical items purchased in the Golden Frog Stitches store.

If there is damage to any items during shipping, please do let us know by completing the contact us form and we will take it up with the shipping provider.

Exchanges

Golden Frog Stitches does not do exchanges on kits or other merchandise purchased from our store.

If you are not happy with the item you purchased please send an email to goldenfrogstitches@gmail.com and we will gladly support in any way we can.
