Thank you for shopping at Golden Frog Stitches! Because we offer both digital and physical products, please read our delivery guidelines carefully depending on what you purchased.
Digital Downloads (Current Offerings):

Delivery Method: Instant digital download. No physical item will be shipped.
- Delivery Time: Immediately after your payment clears, you will receive an email with a link to download your purchased PDF pattern files.
- Access Issues: If you do not receive your email within a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam or junk folder. You can also log into your account on our website at any time to access your purchased files.
- Refunds on Digital Goods: Due to the electronic nature of cross-stitch patterns, all digital download sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on downloaded files.
Physical Cross Stitch Kits (Future Offerings):
- Availability: Physical kits are coming soon! Once available, the terms below will apply.
- Processing Time: Orders for physical kits are processed within 1 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays) before they ship.
- Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Damaged or Lost Packages: If your kit arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.
